2016年9月27日-10月4日，龚海涛博士率队访问了中海油挪威公司和英国石油总部，就英东与挪威石油、BP在先进炼油工艺、环保排放、新能源利用等领域的设计、研发、工程配套进行了有成效的商讨，并分别与两家石化巨头签署了合作协议。
