龚海涛博士慰问英东中石油营口项目部
2018年1月28日-31日，龚海涛博士一行冒雪慰问了英东中石油营口LPG、LNG项目部员工，并与现场130名员工共进工地餐，随后英东管理团队拜访了营口市政府和港务局，感谢地方政府部门对英东项目的大力支持和配合。
